IntriG has pioneered the technology and processes that enable them to provide custom, elegant wainscot via a simple-to-use ordering and pricing process.
These processes create a wainscot product that installs with the ease of basic panelling products yet has the detail and style of traditional, time-intensive wainscot.
Download the Order Form and Instructions and provide a few basic measurements, as few as 2 for a simple wall, and select several design options.
IntriG inputs these measurements and choices into their system which evenly and aesthetically spaces all panels on a particular run. There’s never a partial panel.
Next, that information is used by the CNC machines to carve the detailed designs into the material.
A high-quality, laquer-based white primer is then sprayed onto the sections.
The order is then skid-shipped and includes: Primed & labeled Wainscot sections, Cap and Cap Mold, Reverse Molding and Detailed Installation Instructions
Installation involves minor trimming for exact fit, affixing sections to the wall, applying Cap Mold, filling, light sanding and finishing.
