Using the easy-to-use, downloadable Order Form and Instructions, follow these steps:

CHOOSE your Design Style and select a few other included options – Cap Mold, Profile, Height/Width and Base Height.

Accurately record a few basic measurements and sketch a simple room layout.

Fax or email your completed Order Form to IntriG.
