IntriG has been providing exceptional custom CNC routing services since 1999. Our services range from small specialty jobs to large production runs of dunnage racks or parts for commercial cabinets and displays. We cut any wood products including plywood, particle board, melamine, mdf, and solid wood. We have experience routing a large variety of plastic materials as well as composites such as those found in decking materials.

Our capabilities at IntriG are built around our two CNC routers. One is an Italian-made Esseteam. It is a 4-axis machine with a 4' x 10' table, drill block, and aggregate capabilities (allowing horizontal and angled routing). The other machine is a German-made Homag. It has twin 6' x 5' tables for a total of 5' x 12' machining area. It also has a drill block and aggregate capabilities.
